All of our Made in America crowns are manufactured using the finest quality Austrian Rhinestones. We stand behind our Made in America products. If you receive your order and it is below our quality standard we will replace the item within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
Our business hours are 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (CST), Monday - Thursday
1) If any shipment is returned by the carrier marked "Refused", customer will be placed on a pre-pay basis only. Items returned for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
2) There is a $5.00 service charge attached to all orders that total $25.00 or less and these orders must be prepaid.
3) Items in need of repair or replacement and is the fault of Crystal Crown, Inc. must be sent back within 30 days of original invoice date to avoid a repair fee, except for the Tiara Imports and they must be sent back within 10 days of original invoice to avoid a repair fee.
4) Repair fees start at a $10.00 minimum.
5) We require a 50% deposit on (these items are all non-returnable):
- Colored rhinestone orders.
- Adding an adjustable band.
- Adding a row of rhinestones.
- Adding or removing logos.
- Any item not pictured on our current catalog.
- Custom Sashes or Wraps.
